Free Trial and Consulting Services:

Affiliate Program Agreement
This Referral Partner Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between PersonaPro, a [Your Company Type] with its principal place of business at [Company Address] (“Company”), and [Referral Partner’s Name], an individual/company with its principal place of business at [Referral Partner’s Address] (“Referral Partner”).
Agreement Terms
1. Commission Structure
1.1 Referral Commission: Company agrees to pay Referral Partner a commission of 25% of the total software fees received from any clients referred by the Referral Partner (the “Referral Commission”). The Referral Commission shall be paid for a duration of 3 years from the initial signing of the referred client.
1.2 Additional Service Commission: In addition to the Referral Commission, if the Referral Partner provides day-to-day service and support for clients, including but not limited to board management, template building, ticket handling, and client calls, Company agrees to pay an additional 25% commission, totaling 50% of the total software fees for each referred client (the “Additional Service Commission”).

2.2 Eligibility: Referral Partner’s referrals must not be existing clients of Company and must meet Company’s qualification criteria for new clients.
